Called to report of fire on Lance St, Sawyers Valley. Found a regulation 1sqm pile, being attended to by residents. Provided advice on compliance.

=== Helena Tce, 27th April ===
Turned out to report of illegal burn near Ashstead St. Found 1sqm pile which had been light prior to 18:00. Educated resident regarding their obligations. No further action.

==== Flu Vaccine Reimbursement ====
DFES are covering the cost of flu vaccinations for bushfire volunteers (up to $20 per person). To claim the reimbursement, send [[Treasurer@SawyersValley.bfb.asn.au|Jen]] a copy of the receipt and you will be reimbursed directly from Brigade funds. Once a number of claims have been made, the paperwork will be submitted to DFES to reimburse the Brigade.
