=== Scrub Fire, Mt Helena, 13th Dec ===
Called to assist Mt Helena VBFB with a scrub fire on Sawyers Valley Rd, Mt Helena. Fire was quickly contained by Mt Helena Light Tanker despite windy conditions.

Attended by: Dave Wh, Denise, John R., Matt, and Shane.

==== PFTACS and Warnings ====
The Superintendent of State Coordination has asked that a reminded be issued to personnel regarding the information required to request a Bushfire Advice via a PAFTACS report, as per [[http://wiki.sawyersvalley.bfb.asn.au/_media/newsletters:sap-3.02.b---information-and-warnings.pdf|SAP-3.02.B]]. Incident Controllers are requested to ensure timely and relevant reports are provided in order to assist the Coordinator of Public Information in the issuing of Bushfire Advice.

==== Brigade Caps/Hats ====

It was agreed at a Brigade General Meeting to purchase a quantity of caps and brimmed hats with the proceeds raised from the 2022 Bendigo Community Bank Raffle, and to supply either a cap or a hat to Brigade members at no cost. A charge of $20/cap or hat may apply should members wish to order more than one item, however at this stage no money is required. If members can please email completed orders to secretary@sawyersvalley.bfb.asn.au by the required date that would be greatly appreciated.

==== Christmas Party, 27th December ====
