==== MONACH University Study: Burnout and Well-being amongst Emergency Service Volunteers ====
Volunteer stress and burnout can have detrimental impacts for emergency service volunteers (i.e. personal well-being), as well as the quality of community safety. This research aims to investigate protective factors that minimise burnout and enhance well-being amongst emergency service volunteers in Australia.

The survey is open to all currently active emergency service volunteers in Australia. Participation is voluntary and completely anonymous.

The survey takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete, and is available at [[https://monash.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3Otp6SMiFHflfsa]]
