Called to report of a grass tree on fire at the Gorrie Road carpark. No active fire was found, and it is believed that the call was malicious.

Attended by: Matt, Shane, and Warren (on station).

==== Annual Skills Refresher 2024 ====
The time as once again come to undertake the annual Skill Refresher training program. This initiative aims to ensure that all active fire fighters enjoy a base level of knowledge applicable to bushfire fighter, with particular focus on the safe and correct operation of the equipment.

It is a Shire of Mundaring requirement that all active firefighters intending to participate in the coming bushfire season must have completed their individual skills refresher before the 1st of November.
