==== 2025 Push-up Challenge ====
Abusing my position as newsletter editor, I would like to take the opportunity to promote Team [[https://www.thepushupchallenge.com.au/fundraisers/DadandLad|//Dad and Lad//]], who are completing the 2025 Push-up Challenge. Participants in the challenge aim to complete 3,214 push-ups over June while raining money for mental health charities. David has chosen to support Lifeline and is hoping to raise $1,000.
