Interim COVID-19 Precautions
From 12:01am Tuesday 6 July, training and meetings may go ahead with a maximum of 20 people following all mask wearing, physical distancing and hygiene conditions. All going well restrictions will be eased completely 12:01am Monday 12 July.
Station Access:
- Captains to approve all station access for essential purposes only (essential maintenance).
- Maximum, 3 persons on station for essential purposes.
- 4m² physical distancing rule applies to all personnel
- Wearing of face mask, physical distancing and hygiene procedures at all times, applies to personnel, appliances and station.
Response:
- From the outset of an incident the OIC must insist crews wear face masks, practice physical distancing and good hygiene procedures, have this at the forefront of your mind and include with all briefings, especially reinforce as crews arrive.
- Four persons per heavy appliance.
- Two persons per 1.4 and Light Tanker.
- Members considered high risk and/or with existing health concerns must limit their contact with others as much as possible as they are at greater risk of more serious illness.
- OIC’s to stand down all unnecessary resources as soon as possible and send personnel home.
- Members are not to stay on station unnecessary once stood down.
- Sanitising of all appliance and station touch points, contact surfaces post incident or contact.

Administration
Annual Reaffirmation Form 2021
Attached is the 2021 Reaffirmation Form. This form provides an opportunity for our members to update their details with the Brigade, and all members are required to complete it. Information collected in this form will be used to inform our operational response,as well as compile the Brigade's entry in the Shire of Mundaring Emergency Services Directory.
Completed forms should be returned no later than Wednesday the 26th of August. Print-outs of the form will also be available at the station, next to the sign-in book. The form can also be completed electronically and returned to Vicki via email.
