Many thanks to those who assisted in the assessment, and to all the members who put in a huge effort to complete this important initiative.  +Cameron G., from Mt Helena VBFB has been appointed to the role of Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer, number 5, for the Shire of Mundaring. This is a part-time paid position, with Cameron working at the Shire offices 2 days per week. Having been a Captain of Mt Helena VBFB, Cameron is an experienced fire fighter and a great addition to the Shire officers.
