This presents an opportunity for members interested developing their skill and challenging themselves to take on training activities. This is particularly important for Senior Fire-fighters who are aspiring to take on Lieutenant roles in the near future. Presenting training on a topic which you are not deeply familiar or comfortable with is an excellent way of developing your knowledge in that area.
