Constitution and By-Laws

The Constitution Committee has now completed its review of the Association’s draft by-laws, and would like to present the following documents to the Brigade for their consideration –

While feedback from the previous consultation period was limited, the Constitution Committee did endeavour to incorporate suggested changes into the current draft By-laws document.

To assist the membership in identifying changes to the BylawsAndCoC document, please note the following –

As these documents belong to you the membership, all members are encouraged to take the time to familiarise and direct all comments to the Secretary by Thursday, 22/11/2018.

To assist with the consultation process, there is the option to hold information sessions at the station either Saturday mornings from 1000 hours (10/11/18, 17/11/18) or Wednesday evenings from 1930 hours (14/11/18, 21/11/18). If you are interested in attending any of these proposed sessions can you please contact the Secretary with your preferred option? Please note that these sessions will only be held if members register their intent to attend.

Dependent on the extent of required changes, it is envisaged that at the November 26th general meeting a date can be set for a Special General Meeting for the purpose of adopting the draft Rules of Association.
