Draft Operational Training and Development Plan
Attached is a proposed Operational Training and Development Plan. The document details the required training, qualifications, and experience required to achieve, and maintain, each rank within the Brigade. The document has already be shared with some members last Saturday, however it is now ready for wider exposure to the Brigade. Please take some time to read through the plan and provide any suggestions or feedback to Adrian.
All going well, the plan will be present at the next general meeting for adoption.

Administration
General Meeting, Monday 9th August
The next General Meeting will be held at the Station on Monday 9th August, 2021 commencing at 1930 hours.
An agenda items for discussion will be the proposed hard stand facility, drainage and water storage tank (refer attached), and the progress to date, including meetings with the Shire of Mundaring regarding environment and building approvals/permits. The funding for this project formed part of Jessica Shaw’s 2021 election commitment, and Jessica’s office have advised that the $15,000 grant has been approved.
Bush Fire Brigades Local Law Review
Council resolved during its meeting on the 13th of July to undertake a periodic review of the Bush Fire Brigades Local Law. Submissions regarding the review may be made by email to shire@mundaring.wa.gov.au or posted to:

Submissions must be received by 4:00pm on Friday the 17th of September, 2021.
