DFES Lessons Management - Observations Register
Lessons management is the process of collecting and analysing local observations and forming lessons which can be utilised throughout an organisation. The purpose of lessons management is to identify opportunities for improvement or examples of good practice and share this information with others. A lesson is learned when the approved change has been actioned, communicated, and is routinely practised as the new standard.
DFES has developed an online form for the recording of observations.

Shire of Mundaring Collaborative Recruiting Campaign
The Shire of Mundaring are developing an “action plan” to assist brigades with recruiting. As part of this process the Shire is interested in surveying existing volunteers to gather experiences and impressions of being a volunteer at a bushfire brigade.
Please take some time to complete the survey and support this important program.
