 +The appliances __must__ be made up at the end of a shift, and be completely ready for another incident. It may be possible to request another crew or station crew assist; the Captain or First Lieutenant can arrange this. The Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring that the appliances are made up. Fatigue or other commitments are not an excuse - if you are unable to make up the appliance you must inform the Captain or First Lieutenant who will organise for it to be done.
