First Ever Ops Command Meeting

The Chief Bushfire Control Officer for the Shire of Mundaring has convened the first Ops Command meeting. This new initiative is a forum for the brigade Captains and Deputies to meet and discus operational matters.

A report on the meeting will be provided to the Brigade by the Captain.

Secretary Sought for Mundaring Officers Group

The Mundaring Officers Group (also known as Fire Officers Group - Mundaring) is seeking the assistance of a volunteer to act as secretary for the group. The group is in the process of reforming after a hiatus and is set to meet every two months. Assistance in preparing meeting agendas and minutes comprise the chief activities of the role.

A team for the City to Surf has now been registered. Interested members are encouraged to sign-up and participate in this fantastic team event.

Start time: 8:10am
Dress: Full PPE (trainers not boots)
Distance: 12km
Speed: Walk

The registration fee is $55 per person.

This will be a family event, so anyone is welcome to join in.
