Administration
Special General Meeting
A proposal was discussed at the last Brigade General Meeting (31/8/2020) that the Brigade consider altering the way it handles the expenditure of Brigade funds. On further investigation of the By-Laws specifically BL-62 Control of Funds, it was evident that there is justification for this change, as the current By-Laws allow a potential loophole where a relatively small proportion of our membership could approve a significant expenditure at a meeting without notifying the general membership.
The proposed changes to the By-Laws have previously been circulated via email (6th Sept 2020), and the Special Resolution shall be raised at the next general meeting, on Tuesday the 29th of Sept.
If you have any questions regarding these proposed changes, please contact Warren.
Clothing Orders
Attached is a clothing order form for Brigade clothing i.e. T-shirts, polo shirts, caps, beanies and jackets. Can you please forward orders to Jen or Vicki by Saturday, 10th October. Order forms will also be available at the Station next to the attendance register.
