Sawyers Valley Primary School Polling Station Recruitment Drive - Saturday 21st of May

Annual General Meeting
The Brigade Annual General Meeting will be held at the Station, 12 Ashstead Street in Sawyers Valley on Monday, 30th May 2022 commencing at 1930 hours. As in previous year's there will be a very short General Meeting preceding the AGM which will commence at 1900 hours. At the conclusion of the AGM, a light supper and refreshments will be provided. Members are reminded that COVID-19 protocols will need to be observed.
Should members be unable to attend, there will be the option to participate via Zoom, or alternatively appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.
All relevant documents including proxy forms, agendas and minutes will be emailed out closer to the meeting date.
Nominations for Office Bearers
Nominations for all positions have now closed. As there was one nomination received for each position and providing no one withdraws their nomination, there will be no requirement to hold a ballot and the Chairperson/Returning Officer will declare the member elected to that position.
Outstanding Services Award
Nominations for the “Outstanding Services Award” close on Saturday, 28th May. If you would like to nominate a member who you feel has given outstanding service to the Brigade, please nominate using the attached form and place your nomination in the ballot box at the Station. Additional forms are available alongside the ballot box.
