Attached is the agenda for the Shire of Mundaring Biodiversity Workshop, to be held on Saturday the 17th of September at 13:30 in the Boya Community Centre. All brigade members are welcome to attend. Topics to be covered include:

• Overview of Bushfire Risk and Shire Obligations
• Emergency Bushfire Response
• Fire Ecology and Bushfire Mitigation
• Watercourses, Catchments and Fire

The open days are a good opportunity to connect with our community and showcase the station and what we do. This year’s open day will be held on 1/10/2022 (refer attached flyer) and to ensure the success of this event, members are asked to assist with the various activities which include demonstrations, kids activities and food prep. Many thanks to those members who have already indicated their availability. If you are able to assist can you please contact Adrian or Vicki as soon as possible.
