18th May, Beechina Paddock Fire

Called to assist with a shed fire which spread to a 3rd alarm paddock fire in Beechina. Whilst the fire jumped the Heritage Trail, it was brought under control relatively quickly.

Attended by: Colin, Denise, John R., Matt, Sarah, and Shane.

Mundaring Fire School and Training

DFES have advised that there are a number of places available on this weekend's Workplace Trainer Assessor course. The course is scheduled to run from Friday the 24th until Sunday the 26th of May as the Forrestfield Training Academy.

If you are interested in attending this course please submit an application through eAcademy or contact Shane.

The AGM as previously advised, will be held at the Station, 12 Ashstead Street on Monday, 27th May 2024 commencing at 1930 hours. Preceding the AGM will be a very brief General Meeting commencing at 1900 hours. At the conclusion of the AGM a light supper and refreshments will be available.
