Report of Smoke, Chidlow, 16th March
Turned out to report of smoke on Clifton St in Chidlow. Stood down prior to arrival.

Ledge Point Fire, 18th March
Assisted at the Ledge Point fire , one of three fires burning north of Perth on Monday night until Tuesday afternoon.

Emergency Services Family BBQ, 26th April
The annual Shire of Mundaring Emergency Services Family BBQ will be held on Saturday the 26th of April, at the Mundaring Pavillion Oval. This event includes a free dinner and drinks, a DJ, bouncy castle, face-painting, and the inter-brigade Tug-O-War.
Please RSVP to Matt before the 31st of March to assist with catering numbers.
Community Preparedness Campaign Launch
The Shire of Mundaring will be hold a launch event for its new Community Preparedness Campaign, this Saturday the 22nd of March, at Lake Leschenaultia. The event will include family activities and the unveiling of a new mural at the Lake.
Sawyers Valley Brigade will be attending with all four of its appliances (Light Tanker, 1.4, and mini 1.4s!) as part of the event display. Thank you to Dave R., Hywel, John R., Matt, Michelle, Nathalie, Stefany, and Tracey for volunteering to assist with this event. All other brigade members are encouraged to also come along and join in the event.
