The scale of the exercise is being increased this year, and will involve brigades from The Shire of Mundaring, City of Swan, and Shire of Chittering. This is an interesting and valuable exercise, and provides a fantastic opportunity for new Crew Leaders to gain some exposure to large scale incidents ahead of the fire season. If you are interested in participating, please contact Adrian . ==== Circulars and SOPs ==== No updates. ==== Mundaring Fire School ==== The latest Mundaring Fire School calendar is attached. ===== Administration ===== ==== Invitation to Mundaring Scouts 100 Year Celebration ==== The Brigade has been invited to participate in the Mundaring Scouts 100 Year Celebrations. ==== City to Surf ==== A team for the City to Surf has now been registered. Interested members are encouraged to sign-up and participate in this fantastic team event. Date: Sunday 26th August 2018 Start time: 8:10am Dress: Full PPE (trainers not boots) Distance: 12km Speed: Walk The registration fee is $49-55 per person. It has been agreed that the Brigade will cover 50% of the registration fee for members. This will be a family event, so anyone is welcome to join in. Currently we have Adrian, Ben R., Dave W., Lorna, Keith, Michelle, Rob, and Vicki lined up.
