DFES have produced a presentation on Total Fire Bans, and Harvest and Vehicle Movement Bans (attached). The presentation details what is permitted and prohibited under each of these bans, as well as the conditions under which they will be imposed. This is a useful resource for sharing with the public, particularly for business who may be impacted by these bans.

Once again Darlington BFB will be hosting a pre-season briefing for Ground Controllers. Qualified Ground Controllers are encouraged to attend this briefing to receive an overview of this year's aerial fleet, as well as take the opportunity to practise communicating with an aircraft.

RSVP to Bed or Adrian by Wednesday the 16th.

All members are welcome to attend the Darlington Oval between 10:00 and 12:00 to see demonstrations of aerial bombing as well as take a close look at the helicopter on the ground.
